Turmoil in the Haiti Interim Reconstruction Commission
Stanley Lucas writes another great article this time detailing trouble within the Haiti Interim Reconstruction Commission. The Commission was set up to help Haiti recover from the earthquake early in 2010. Now, the Haitian members feel they are being denied a voice in their own country's reconstruction.
